1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Law Lift Digital's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Law Lift Digital provides digital marketing services exclusively for law firms, including but not limited to:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising management
Local SEO and Google Local Services Ads
Website design and development
Video marketing and Connected TV advertising
Client intake optimization and CRM services

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

Services are billed monthly in advance
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
Late payments may result in service suspension
Refunds are subject to the terms of individual agreements

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Law Lift Digital remain our property unless otherwise specified in writing. Client-specific work products are licensed to the client for their use.

5. Limitation of Liability

Law Lift Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Termination terms are specified in individual service agreements.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
